With over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry, Roberta Smith brings deep knowledge, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to client service. Her career began in real estate photography for printed property books, followed by 10 years at NWMLS, where she gained a solid foundation in real estate operations.

Roberta earned her real estate license in 1991 and served as a licensed real estate assistant, supporting agents and clients with transactional and administrative needs. In 1996, she joined Windermere Real Estate in Kent, WA, later transitioning to the Maple Valley office as Office Manager.

Since 2017, Roberta has been the Office Manager and Listing Coordinator for Ken Crotts & Company – eXp Realty. She plays a key role in ensuring smooth listing preparation, marketing coordination, and operational support for the entire team. Her decades of experience and dedication make her an invaluable part of the client experience and team success.
